Finley’s software helps growing companies automate due diligence, ensure compliance, and streamline ongoing reporting with their capital providers. Goals

Finley is a fast-growing company with over 35 full-time employees, including almost a dozen GTM team members . According to Jeremy Tsui, CEO, the company knew that raising their $17M Series A would introduce a host of new GTM challenges as they planned to expand into new customer segments, experiment with new GTM playbooks, and grow their GTM headcount. With that, Jeremy had a few major goals for himself and for the team:

  • Implement Finley’s SFDC instance with the tooling, infrastructure, and data tracking needed to support Finley’s growing GTM operations.
  • Properly instrument the GTM team, enabling its reps to focus their time on selling new customers rather than working across disparate systems and point solutions.

Alex understood that ownership of Finley’s SFDC administration and architecture will better enable Finley’s GTM team to scale at the clip it needs to. Using Synch’s out-of-the-box tooling and AI-assistant, Alex was able to efficiently build reports and dashboards and implement new flows and automations, enabling Finley to rapidly level-up and fine-tune its SFDC instance.

Alex recognized that a growing team would lead to more questions from reps, more stress on existing processes, and mixed signals as to what’s working and what’s not working. By using Synch’s AI-assistant to develop the right reporting foundation and its unified platform to create a singular place for reps to access tooling for pipeline management, forecasting, metrics scorecards, deal alerts, etc, Finley was able to minimize the short-term thrash that often stems from scaling quickly, while also laying the foundation for efficient revenue growth longer-term.

As Finley’s GTM motion continued to expand, Jeremy naturally could no longer be directly involved in every deal cycle. With Synch, he was able to create a source of truth for all things deal-related, easily drill into the underlying pipeline data in SFDC, when needed, and keep a close pulse on all movement across each rep’s pipeline.
